About our Pack

Our Pack is Chartered by St. George Church in Baton Rouge Louisiana, and has been in operation since May 1, 1965. During its time in the last fifty years, the Pack has been able to offer many wonderful opportunities to local youth that have included community service projects, trips out of state, and the chance to meet some very interesting individuals. Our Pack participates in the annual popcorn sale, campout events, museum and hiking trips, the district Pinewood Derby, overnight sleepover on the USS Kidd, and many other community events. Pack 136 plans to expand its membership in the coming years, and faces the challenge of establishing strong leadership, which is an ongoing process of training and support for our adult volunteers. We have many exciting new events planned for our upcoming years as we are now accepting kindergarteners into Lion dens and and girls into our existing ranks. Come join us and see what sort of fun we can all have together!
